For teams / Wholesale marketplaces

Set one marketplace standard.
Keep every seller accountable.

Bring seller collections into one production standard without mixing ownership, source products or approvals. Closynth keeps the shared requirements clear and the exceptions visible.

Seller intake

Separate at the source.
Aligned at the standard.

Every seller keeps its own product records and approval ownership. The marketplace applies the shared requirements only after those boundaries are clear.

Marketplace standard

Standardise the output.
Route the exceptions.

A useful standard defines the normal path and makes the edge cases obvious. Products that need special handling should not silently inherit an unsuitable recipe.

Governance

Know who owns
every decision.

Scale is safer when the marketplace standard, seller responsibility and product release state remain distinct instead of collapsing into one anonymous content queue.

Accountability model

Shared requirements do not erase ownership.

Every output can be traced back to the seller, product record, approved recipe and release decision behind it.

  1. 01

    Seller boundary

Source files, approvals and delivery history stay inside the seller record.

  2. 02

    Product boundary

Every output remains attached to its SKU, source views and approved recipe.

  3. 03

    Release boundary

Only compliant, approved assets enter the marketplace delivery package.

Marketplace questions

Clear before
the pilot begins.

Use the pilot to prove seller separation, standard compliance and exception handling with a real marketplace sample.

01 Can sellers keep separate workspaces and approvals? +

Yes. The marketplace standard can be shared without merging seller source records, reviewers or delivery history. Each collection retains its own ownership and status.

02 What happens when a product cannot follow the default standard? +

It is routed into an exception review with the product, reason and decision owner visible. The rest of the compliant batch can continue toward delivery.

03 Can categories use different coverage requirements? +

Yes. The marketplace baseline can define required product proof, while category recipes add the views needed for outerwear, footwear, sets or other specialised products.

04 Does Closynth syndicate directly to marketplace systems? +

Direct API delivery is in preparation. Today, Closynth produces a versioned marketplace package with seller IDs, SKU references, asset names, approved positions and a delivery manifest.
