01 How are credits used? +

Credits are deducted by production action. The comparison table shows the current rate for on-model images, flat-lay and ghost outputs, edits, recoloring and model creation.

02 Do I need a subscription to buy add-on credits? +

Yes. The 50-credit and 120-credit add-on packs are available only inside an active paid Closynth workspace.

03 What is the difference between Starter and Pro? +

Both plans include the core product-led workflows. Pro includes more monthly credits, three workspace users, team review access, Batch Photography and priority support.

04 What happens to my monthly credits? +

Monthly plan credits refresh with the billing cycle. Your workspace shows the available balance before you begin or approve a production action.

05 When should I choose Enterprise? +

Choose Enterprise when you need contracted volume, custom team access, tailored onboarding, dedicated production planning or workflow terms beyond the standard monthly plans.
